Structural Integration Bodywork

Physiotherapy

In addition to Structural Integration and ScarWork Therapy, I also offer physiotherapeutic treatments, where I use my broad experience, including myofascial manual techniques. I ask you to fill in an intake list in advance and/or to contact me by telephone.
This is to have an idea of what the request for help is and what complaints are involved. In this way, we can decide together whether I can help you best within my practice and with my expertise.

Single appointment Structural Bodywork

If desired, continue with a 3-Series or 12-Series

If you opt for a separate appointment Structural Bodywork, we can zoom in as described earlier and focus on what stands out the most.

In addition, it is also possible to follow only the first session of the 3-series / 12-series. This first treatment can be followed on its own, giving you a short introduction to the work and a clear picture of whether this treatment method suits you. You can then better decide whether you would like to continue with a 3-series or a 12-series.

Self Myofascial Release

Would you like to know what you can do yourself about possible complaints or limitations in your body? You could think of reducing limitations or pain in osteoarthritis, optimizing your recovery with sports activities, or, for example, preventive maintenance of your body.

Self-care, what does that look like in your life, currently?

From experience, I know how important it is to have tools in your hands, to know what you can do about complaints, and to keep your body in optimal condition. How? Self-myofascial release, or self-massage with Yoga Tune Up balls, can be part of your self-care.
After feeling its effects on my body myself, I was so excited that I took courses in its application and started importing these balls from the US and offering them in my web store.

In my practice, I offer private sessions, in which we first discuss any complaints, and your request for help and set goals together. We use different self-myofascial techniques, optionally combined with therapeutic Yoga & Slings Myofascial Training.

You will then receive the exercises in the PhysiApp program from Physitrack. This is an application that you can open on your mobile phone or in a browser and find explanations and videos there.
Please note the Yoga Tune Up balls are not included. You can purchase them in my practice or order them via my website.

Would you like to discuss whether this is something for you? Feel free to contact me or book a session.

Physitrack

I enjoy using the PhysiApp program from Physitrack. I use this for the Self-Myofascial Release Sessions and the Structural Integration 3-Series and 12-Series, among other things.

After a Self-Myofascial Release Session, you will receive the exercises in this handy exercise program within 10 days after our session. This cannot be delivered immediately after the appointment because I record the videos with specific exercises and will put them in the program.

This way, you will have an overview of the exercises shortly after our appointment, complete with an explanation and video, so you can get started with the sequence and exercises from your home.

It is also possible to create a secured video consultation within this program so that I could help you remotely when you are abroad and set up an exercise program together based on your request for help.

If you want this or want to know more about it, don't hesitate to get in touch with me.
